What a great year it has been already! I have finished baking the second round of jumbo chocolatey-chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting and my special chocolate chip cookies, also JUMBO!! Since the shipping boxes didn't make it to my front door on time, round two had to happen! I can't wait to finish decorating the cupcakes and send the goodies on to their recipients. These were made special for two of my very lucky Cupcake and Cookie of the month club members! They received their membership as Christmas gifts and will be enjoying various cupcakes and cookies for 6 months!! Friday morning, I will begin baking the first birthday cake of 2011. A Lego cake for an extra special friend who will be turning 9! Will be adding in an extra little surprise for the kiddos at that party! (Thanks, Amy for the super cute idea!!) I am beginning to take those Valentine's Day orders! If you want cupcakes, mini cupcakes, JUMBO cupcakes, cookies, petits fours, a cake....Start sending me your details!
